Wanna share my experience....
Using orange TPMS on my 308....
pretty cool to be able to see real time tyre pressure on the screen...
in addition to the pressure... it also monitors the temperature of each of the tyre....
it also measure the battery voltage but i guess that is via the battery socket it is plugged in so dont think its very accurate.....smile.gif

Hope this helps....

Hi All,

Thinking of getting a TPMS for my Lion. I have been searching Orange TPMS (P409), AVE as well as TyreDog. Today, discovered Steelmate TPMS. Quite like the simplicity of the design. Since this is an old thread, any new lion owner installed any TPMS? Any recommendation or issue of your TPMS? Which is your preferred choice:

Internal Sensor vs External Sensor
Self-powered Receiver (battery) vs 12V Cigarette power cord vs bluetooth receiver to phone (iOS/Android)

Those with additional feature ie monitoring car's battery condition, is it reliable? Or just go for TPMS purpose.

Looks interesting and it's been selling everywhere in Malaysia.. But you can only pair one bluetooth device at a time, and if you are using the Pug's speaker bluetooth pairing for your phone, then you can't pair your phone with the sensors..
I've been using Tyredog external sensors for 3 years+ and it has served me well... (recently, one sensor died sad.gif )

Road conditions (because of the LRT constructions) here are nasty. The tpms managed to alert me on several occasions, when my tyre pressure dropped abnormally (because of nails/screws). I would say, TPMS is a worthy investment, and there's definitely ROI from purchasing one...
