What is the speed do you guys use at different stage and different type of polishing?

Example

1. Compounding - starting, working and finishing
2. Polishing - starting, working and finishing
3. Finishing - starting, working and finishing

*In General*

Start Low(~600rpm), Work High(~1500rpm-1800rpm) and Finish Meduim(~1100rpm-1400rpm).

Subject to PAINTWORK, PAD, PRODUCT and YOUR TECHNIQUE.

*** The key lies in the pressure/weight distributed on to the panel, not so much on speed!

Your explanation started simple, then became....... smile_shock.gif
But it is true also. Hard or soft cc, aggressive or non aggressive pads, aggressive or non aggressive products, speed, pressure and technique used......Lot to learn, best is to trial and error, that is why you have test panels......kakakakaka smile_big.gif
