pg.. your decision to change your rims would depend on what you're trying to achieve..

if it's just for looks, it's not worth the regret later.. in fact, i have some regrets as i thought that the OEM Hankook Optimas were noisy... changing to 18s and Nexen 6000s hasn't made it any quieter.. just bumpier and in fact a bit noisier over uneven roads...
do soundproofing for lower noise levels.. add a strut bar and stronger anti-roll bars for better handling (e.g. Ultra Racing)
