You bought your RX290 in Year 2005 or your RX290 is registered Year 2005? Most RX290 is upto 2003 only.

Actually I just bough the car about a month ago and it's my 1st Diesel car.
It's very comfort car and suitable for my family.
Anyway, I found out my car can go to 140km/ hr only laa.
Is it normal or any necessary action need to improve the top speed?
Your advice are really appreciated,
