hi guys,
I heard from the sale man today that Mitsubishi is launching the a beef up triton with 170hp, full leather, touch screen double din player and many more extra for RM102k.
Was very close of making my booking on a 3.0hilux untill I heard about this. Hope to get some sifu opinon from here.

The best thing about this 2011 triton is back to the original 2007 lenght.
Cos i felt the 2010 one it look too long.

Any infor on its engine and transmissio ? Is it an all new model or facelift ?

Is the same 2.5 diesel engine triton but special edition with more hp and more goodies, that's what i heard so far.

As i know,
Power : 178PS (131kW) at 4000rpm
Torque : 400Nm (manual) / 350Nm (auto) at 2000rpm
FC : 8.5L/100km

The 136PS version is quite responsive and powerful. Also, there is a noticeable pick-up/acceleration difference between manual Triton and manual Hilux as i tested.

there is some miss communication with the sale man, the engine out put remain the same. 134hp.
