I seldom use Smart Tunnel going in or out of KL, but when I do, I am often the slowest uncle in that tunnel. Cars would be speeding perhaps >100 km in there, although there are ample signs of speed limit of 60 km and warning signs of speed cameras.
My questions are:
1) Are there really speed cameras in there?
2) If there are, do the authorities punish those who shoot past the speed limit?
3) Has anyone received a speeding ticket for speeding in there? (related to Q. 2)

i have not received any summonses from the times i exceeded the speed limit there. the walls of the tunnel are a testament of the number of cars speeding there and crashing.

Actually it is a little hairy speeding down there. The enclosed tunnel makes it really cramp and loud in there, amplifying the sensation of danger. One of these days there would be some fantastic accident down there at high speeds.

Nabeh, don't speed in the smart tunnel leh! Very dangerous.
No doubt every one would want to get out of there fast, but not by driving fast.
Any accident or worst explosion then many lives at stake.....
