Yes, Car manufacturer already calculated for normal use.
Unless you are modding for Race, then many things to upgrade.....
You will notice the radiator fan going on and off (without air con). When on means hot and needs to be cooled, and when off means coolant within heat limit.
With air con on, most radiator fan are override to cool the air con also.....

any risk to continue use it?

My philosophy is, when nothing is wrong, don't touch it.........
Check your hoses, especially the top one, because that is the return hose from engine to radiator and that carries very hot coolant. The lower hose is from radiator to engine and carries cooled coolant. If hoses have hardened then change them.
For radiator, as long as no leaks, leave it alone.
Change your radiator water and add coolant yearly or every 2 years.....

duno inside is dry up already or not, haha..

add coolant? i really cant recall when i do that,
duno inside is dry up already or not, haha..
Radiator is very important leh! I check at least once a month the level of the coolant.....
Don't wait until the radiator coolant goes rusty then the internal may be damaged......
