Thanks to Bro RX270XDI for all his help to DIY for me and Bro Razopower for shooting all the photos.

1. 4WD Solenoid Valve . This is the valve that control the engaging of 4WH. If 4WH indicator ON/OFF intermittently, chances are this valve need servicing (cleaning and air blowing). This is located below the battery that you can easily find once you removed the battery.

2. Turbo Hose showing the flip that should be hidden inside the hose. The turbo hose could be easily disconnect or leaked because of oily deposit and high turbo air pressure. Once Turbo Hose disconnect/leaking, there will be thick black smoke when RPM go above 2,000 or when turbo kicks in. There is obvious lack of power and air leaking sound too.

3. Flip should be kept into the hose and tigthened to the intercooler connector. Recommended to use heavy duty clip but be careful not to over-tighten and damage the connector.

4. Opening of Intercooler that connect with Turbo Hose

5. This should be how the Turbo Hose should be tightened to the Intercooler with a heavy duty clip. The original clip is lacking of strength.

6. Dismantled front wheel and displaying the brake disc.

7. Rubber damper at 3rd coil of the spring to improve road handling. Body roll and bouncing are improved significantly. Cheap, simple and effective improvement.

8. Brake Disc is getting thin, will need to replace disc and brake pad soon..

11. Showing the location to place stand to support for lifting front wheel. It is very important to NOT to place the support at side as the pillar is slanting and can easily damage SRSS Sensor that cost Bro Razopower RM1000 to replace.

12. Location to support lifter.

13. Location for stand to support

14. Releasing Brake Fluid. If the brake fluid is heavily thicken, will need a total of 4 bottle for 4 wheels. Otherwise, average condition will need 2 bottles.

15. Releasing Brake Fluid till it is clear and fluid flowing smoothly.

16. The condition of oil brake fluid that is darker and grow thicker. When it grows too thick, heat resistance and flowing to apply pressure to the brake pad will be badly affected especially during downhill.

17. Old dirty brake fluid.

18. New brake fluid that is clear transparent.

19. Transmission mounting. If the gear handle is vibrating heavily, chances are this transmission mounting's rubber are hardened or cracked.
