Sales / Service Outlet Recommendation

Am seriously considering a Forte. Would like to ask for comments from experienced owners here, on which outlet should I go to, for sales enquiries as well as servicing. Do you prefer Naza Kia's own branches? Or dealers?
No further consideration needed for the car, it's brilliant! The only sticky point here is....it's a Naza. There is always a leap of faith required. Some of the dealers listed in the website are no different from the regular non-authorised workshops we can go to on our own.
Looks like if I want the car, will have to tolerate quite a lot of rubbish. But that's just my impression as a non-owner. I am hoping to hear feedbacks from people who actually own the car.
Many thanks.

Hi bumpercar,
There are few Naza Kia outlets you can visit. I recommend you look for Encik Aziz of Subang Jaya branch (opposite Toyota 3S centre). He can explain the whole car in detail to you and arrange a nice test drive that will leave you speechless.
Anyway, there is nothing to stop you from visiting any Naza Kia or their dealers to test drive the Forte. So far I have visited the branches in TTDI, PJ Automall, Subang Jaya and a dealer in Sunway and test drove each time. Most important you can meet the various SA & see which one you are comfortable to deal with when you want to buy the car.

As for the service center, it is a major concern to me if after paying so much for the car I have to rely on a third party to support the vehicle. I would expect the distributor to provide excellent support for the vehicle, because it is factored into the vehicle selling price so I've already paid for it. Naza's sales staff is quite OK but not so sure about the service. Just look at the condition of many of their service centers.
Made a call to Naza Customer Careline to enquire about ISOFIX feature in the Forte, nobody got back to me after 4 days and don't expect to get a reply either. Have since checked the car personally and confirmed Forte comes with no ISOFIX support, but was told that the owner's manual says its available. Maybe Forte owners can verify. Made the same enquiry for the Mazda2 and got a reply within the same day! Even got offer to arrange test drive session at the showroom of my choice. That's a very good first impression. Two thumbs up for Bermaz! 3-year free service promotion is on too. But too bad, ISOFIX is only available for the hatch and not the sedan, so I need to strike that out. The omission is odd but understandable considering the primary markets for both sedan (ASEAN+China) and hatch (Europe).
I need to make provisions to use a child seat and I don't like securing it with a seatbelt. You can read online why this is not the proper way. Under RM100k, only the Pug 308 comes with ISOFIX, but I need a sedan. Did some further research and found the Suzuki SX4 sedan is a really good deal, if you can get over the really ugly looks. 515-litres VDA boot volume! Even larger than the City, in fact bigger than almost anything else in the C-segment! Comes with 2 ISOFIX points at the rear seats, CBU Japan, built for European markets, can't ask more. Too bad it's been discontinued but quite a good number can be found in the used car market, many of them still come with manufacturer's warranty. Will check out a few units in the coming weeks. Plus, have heard a lot of good experience from Suzuki customer service.
