It just occured to me that some members here have been with Autoworld since 2000 (same as me, but because they had changed server way back then, had to re-register). At that time i was just a casual user, post or reply only when i had query or i had answers to some posts/threads. Now, up to you to figure out how i am.
Anyway, my point is, if the age of the user at that time was 23, now will be 33. or if that time was 28, now is 38. As they say, with age comes wisdom (supposedly lah
) The forum has grown with age. Its layout, features, functions much better now than when first started. The maturity of the posts, threads, also has risen. I remember back then when it was more of a personal attack against a person, or topic or whathaveyou. And the forum mod also ruled with an iron fist. something he/she didnt like, the user or post was banned. Now not so much happening i think. could be the mods are more laid back or the users are more mature in their posts.Just thot I'd jot down my observations.
This could have been a better post or even article like for me to write, but i am running out of time. Its lunch time lah!
