my 4G18 also around 0.12-0.13 cent per km if steadily drive on highway(110-130), if heavy foot, can more than 0.20 cent per km. Average city drive around 16 cent per km.

From my experience, the 4G18 has overall better consumption than the Campro engines.

The previous generation Lancer 1.6 used the 4G18 matched with a CVT. The engine note of that car was almost exactly like the Waja's.

This is because 4G18 have better drivability than Campro engine although it produce less hp than Campro engine, ie peak torque comes earlier for 4G18 engine (140Nm at 2750rpm) compared to Campro engine (148Nm at 4000rpm), thus hard revving is not necessary to get decent power for 4G18 compared to Campro engine, but after 4000rpm, Campro engine Waja will smoke 4G18 engine Waja.

On the other hand, CPS-powered engine solve almost entirely the poor low end torque problem from plain Campro engine, while IAFM module only flatten torque curve (at 2500 - 3000rpm region where torque dip exist on plain Campro engine), although poor low-end torque is still there, but still better than plain Campro one where you have to rev hard (>3500rpm) for plain Campro while for Campro with IAFM, around 2500 - 3000 rpm is good enough.

even 4G15 magma engine (1468cc, 8V) used on previous 1988 - 1990 Proton Saga is powerful at 2000 - 3000 rpm region (only if deal with manual version).

While for 4G18 engine in Waja, surprisingly it's FC (for Waja auto) can match with Myvi 1.3 auto.
