Hi solaris406, Bravo is RM135k otr without insurance.

Bro Gurjit, how's the Bravo FC so far? Is it even close to the spec
figure 14.1 km/l?

Cheers.

I have been using Shell V-Power Racing fuel...so far 2 fill-ups. Trip
computer says an average of 10.6km/L...and I have not verified this yet.

By the way, I don't think you will be able to achieve what's written on
paper unless you switch off the air-conditioner, and all electrical
equipment and drive like a grand-ma...

Cheers.

Bravo, one of the world's most beautiful car....bravo indeed!

http://www.autoblogs...he-worlds-most-
beautiful-automobiles/

I was doing some research on car depreciation rate (year on year) using
the Star Classified ads. Here are the findings.

Honda Accord/ Civic - 12%
Toyota Altis - 13%
Suzuki Swift - 14% (based on my personal experience, I drive one now)
Ciroen - 17% (may not be as accurate as sample size is small)
Fiat - 17% (may not be as accurate as sample size is small)

The moral of the story - Beauty comes with a price, noQuestion

Yesterday I was at Onking to buy some electrical stuff. The salesman was
carrying the stuff to my car and said "wah! Nice car...what is it? Toyota ah?"

That's the worst insult I have ever heard!

Gurjit,

Good choice you have made.....and I think spare parts shouldn't be a
problem as Punto Arbath is using the same 150bhp engine.

Should bring to Italiaauto TT session as Aman Suria.

You sold your Brava?

Tq.

Today was at Ah Jin to do 1K service-change engine oil. Apparently
recommended engine oil is Selenia K (5-40W). Sykt Glory said that oil is
out of stock-so ended up with Selenia 20K (10-40W). I have not seen Selenia
K oil by the way...anyone has?

Couldn't change oil filter as its new type-Ah Jin doesn't carry
it...discovered a leak in coolant hose...coolant level dropped. Ah Jin
found it was due to loose clamp and changed it.

Also discovered some quality issues...the roof rubber was distorted..dunno
why?? probably due to heat as the car was parked at Customs Port Klang for
many months.. gonna make a complaint to Torino.

Otherwise generally the car has been good..fuel consumption so far is
around 10L/100km.

Ordered K&N filter from speedworks...will have to wait some time before
delivery.

Saw one red Bravo at FA Italia on the way back...demo car??

Hi Gurjit,
I'm back. How much is Selenia K and Selenia 20k, compared to say Shell
Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic 5W-40 (I think is around RM 200). What's so
special about Selenia oil, compared to other makes e.g. Shell or Mobil
One?

What colour is your Bravo, Bro? You mentioned previously Torino brought
in 30 Bravos. Are they all sold/booked units or they brought in as
stock??

I'm getting serious to get an upgrade now. I have short-listed four
options: Civic 2.0 (125k), Lancer GT 2.0 (122k), Mazda3 (130k), and Bravo
(135k). If you were me, how will you select, what criteria you use? Did
you consider other alternatives before choosing the Bravo?

Other bros and of course sis (just to be inclusive) reading this, please
feel free to comment. Appeciate your views.
