great.
Planning for wife Persona tyre replacement 195/60-15 (currently on GY NCT5 )
And a friend is looking for 205/50-16 . (Currently on bald Falken 912 )
Both cars need comfort tyres and with tight budget
Thanks
p/s - i called my friend just now to stop hunting Bstone MY01. haha. waiting for AW forumers reply about comfort entry level tyres
for 195/60 R15 as bro VR said not much u can try, maybe can go for the old V8rs which quite a numbers of ppl mention it is good but not that quiet after sometime though cos it is directional tires
for 205/50 R16 the best choice is Falken 912 or Hankook V12 both about similar in price but if you don mind u can try new Maxxis i-Pro also, it is Traction rated at "AA"... u can be our white mice

thank u
will visit Hankook dealer at KB tomorrow.
in worst case, which local tyres are the best ? Silverstone vs Sime
Sorry lah, no comment. Not even Local GY or Dunlop.
The only tyres that I can think of if you want to try local are GY Assurance and Dunlop D01

So LC still better than ES501?
In comfort and quiet, I would think so. Newer technology and more current than ES501
