I havent posted in this particular for like, 200o years or so?:P


anyway; to keep it short & simple:


I need to do major engine overhaul for my Brava.

I also need to replace the long overdue leaking steering rack problem.

I have not approached the usual suspects workshop yet for a quote, but
would like to know from you guys; whats the estimated damage to the
walllet here?

sounds very heavy to me. for me, i will go for half cut. there are
several unit at shah alam near coca cola. the shop name call KK
Goodworks.

are you referring to a steering rack at the half cut shop?

the steering rack can cost u anything between 800 - 1200 for a recond unit
alone.

as for major overhaul its quite subjective as you need to dismantle the
engine to see what are the damages like. i did my top oevrhaul and it
costed me around 4k+ but there were some other jobs involved. Give Goodwork
a call for assesment.
