Autofoam - to strengthen chassis, it will cost you quite a lot for this and there're several parts you can do (or packages).
KL Auto also does soundproofing, which cost about RM500++ for 206. If I'm not wrong, they're using Vibramat.
You can contact blackdolphin for more info.

just my 2 cents.
be careful when filing up with autofoam. it might fill up holes which are required/placed there for a reason by the manufacturer which might cause water containtment which might result to rust in your cabin.
Try the vibramat thing or other thick materials (i forgot the name of mine...)
I've DIY-ed mine before. Project took about 2 committed weekends to do it properly. Done it on all 4 doors and the boot too.. quite an ugly sight to see your beautiful lion being stripped apart but the outcome of it is good.. :-)
on a side note, I've spent about rm300 to DIY it on my own.

i thought 206b has a stiff chassis, thus i don't really think we need autofoam. then again if u have the extra money, then why not...
in my opinion, what we need is soundproofing... where is blackdophin~~ help needed~~~

Eh, I am not soundproofing or Autofoam expert. For excellent soundproofing, you all can have a look at Edmund's 206. I salute him coz he willing to pay BIG bucks to soundproof his car properly.
For foaming the chassis, think what will happen if you get into an accident? Tak boleh ketuk ler.... There are pros and cons(excluding $$) which you have to consider before jumping into this. Give you one main consideration: A,B, C pillar and floorpan may have wiring going through them. Come TT to find out more and see some pictures.

If its too noisy then you could try adjusting your valves(a.k.a tappets). for me, if I stand beside my car withthe engine idling, i can hardly hear the engine.
do u consider ure 206 engine noisy?
i drove other cars recently ( citroen picasso, same gearbox as 206 AL4 ) and i think the 206 engine noise is quite loud.. sometimes have to turn up radio hehe * excuse for sound system lol*
especially if drag the rpm but not change gear..the sound so unhealthy...like whee whee haha
u can feel the engine revving under ure accel pedal . and im talking about slow speeds
anyone know if this is a problem? how to overcome it? it perhaps?
p/s
i asked razak at volcare n he said its normal . kinda sad by this. reduce

I beg to differ....actually having some engine noise is not really that bad....from a safety POV. At least ppl can hear you coming....and for driver, you can know whether your car is started or not....you can hear if there's ppl parking or coming in front of your house.
I don't like cars that are too quiet or you can't hear the engine sound at all....
That's just my opinion....
