I've been wondering why is it that there arent many complaints about Naza from people owning the Forte? If you check out the Peugeot section in this forum, you will see various complaints about Naza and their After sales service. I think the 308 is a good car and value for money but hearing all the horror stories about batteries, pulling left, quality, etc has really turn me off.

Yet, the Forte (equally a good buy) seems to be less affected by the Naza image. I wonder why. I ask because I've owned a Naza distributed car before and had nightmares with their SCs. I7m not willing to buy another till Im sure Naza is improving is After sales service.

I would appreciate some feedback from present Forte owners about their experiences after signing on the dotted line. thanks!

no complaints yet....mayb bcoz the current on the road forte is CBU. wait till the CKD joins in

It is still too early to judge Naza after sales service when it comes to Forte.
Some service dealers provide good service.
As for the Forte, not much complain yet as it is a CBU car for the Korean export market.

As for my car, the number plate at the front fell off due to not being glued properly.
Got it fixed with screws tightened at the Naza service center today, FOC.

when launching a new model in a country, car manufacturer will make sure the 1st batch with the least or probably zero quality issues in order to attain good review and feedback to further boost their sales

in fact kia forte has received high points from customer's survey done in other part of the world
only in Msia naza is offering the shortest warranty coverage

battery issues, pulling left are minor issues and can be rectified easily, even forte steer slightly to the left.....
