Looks ok as you are getting a discount for additional year's depreciation since it is year end already.

You are asking this question 4 weeks later which is too long. Usually 2-3 days is ok as deals change on a daily basis depending on demand and supply. I suggest you ask at all BMW dealers to secure the best deal. Don't tell them you are asking around as they don't like you using their deal to negotiate with another dealer. Just use the lowest quote and ask the final dealer to better it. I believe that, as a consumer, it is our right to get the best deal. So, if they don't like it, just walk away.
