Heard F1 engine get overhauled after every major race. So if we use F1 oil, are we expected to overhaul our engine every year?

I am sure he doesn't have to do it himself. If you watch TV, there are an army of mechanic and technician accompanying every F1 team to do that if necessary. May be one day when I also have my personal mechanic following me around, I will give this F1 oil a try.

In the earlier F1 races, the engine were built to last for one race only, and they change the engine on the next race. Even if they blow the engine during practice or time trail, they can change to another for race day. It is not because of the oil.
Then they change the rules to cut expenses and all engines now have to last 2 races. Nowadays when the leader leads by a big margin they will not go all out to preserve the engine for the next race, but if the engine is already in it's second race then they will go all out as they can change engine in the next race. Currently, if you blow engine and did not finish the race, next race can have new engine. If blow engine during time practice or time trial they have to move back 10 places during race day.
