hi again,
the overflow rubber hose is DIY, just go to bike shop or aquarium shop to
buy those rubber hoses and fix to the overflow pipe.in bike shop, just say
carburettor hose. because the target for the overflow pipe seems to be the
stepper motor, just below. to prevent that, just buy about a fathom and fix
to the pipe.

the fiat mostly used hydraulic clutch. unlike our mpv, it uses cable and
since this cable runs through the exhaust piping, the grease/lubricant
inside have tendency to dry up. tony told me that he will enquire about the
price.hope to hear from him soon.all our woes will end once the clutch is
light like kancil.

there sgould be an overflow or water isn't it ? or just hot air vapour
out from that tank.

My ulysse uses clutch cable. Juz replace a new one recently. A bit light
but still waiting for kancil touch.

agip,
u can see a small pipe extending about 1 inch below the radiator expansion
tank cap. that is the overflow pipe. see also the direction of flow,
directly to the stepper motor/throttle body area. not very good since most
rubber seals for those electrical connections get lousy after several years.

The problem is there is no such small pipe in petrol ulysse . There is in
1.9 TD. Thinking of making that kind of overflow pipe. The cap is in
screw type .

Any idea of making that pipe ?

as i told. the small n short pipe didnt exist in mine.
seen d pipe in others.
So now whenever the water flows ....it flows thru the cap.
how tight i close or screw the cap it the water still flows.
sayang la nak tebuk2 lubang utk piping tu.
