Hi Khaikig, i just manage to change her rim to 185R14 only but and the
back windscreen i put a novitec sticker there heheeee. and also change
the stock air filter to highflow type 1, thinking of change to those
mushroom type leh but they say punto has too compact engine room, too
much hot air makes the engine breath badly. and i also consider to change
the suspension to novitec oem type, last time i had the front suspension
changed(original type @660RM) but simon (sms) told me the novitec oem is
only @RM900.....dono about the performance.
my punto 90 can speed up to 180kph i think she can run faster if i put in
somemore mod.

I believe it can be done. I say so because the Fiat Punto Abarth came with
the Coupe Steering (This model was not sold here).

You need a mechanic well verse in this to do the job as there is the
airbag to worry about.

you have to disable the battery first before doing the job i reckon. if
not the airbag might just burst into your face. opening the front portion
of the steering wheel is easy as you only need an allan key. once the
front portion comes off you can roughly see the airbag already. disconnect
the wire attached to the airbag and you can start unscrewing the nut that
holds the steering wheel. dunno about the punto, but that's what i did to
my bravo months back. i reckon it should be a similar process.
