hi
near impossible to find a sports bike without clutch. why dont you just use the clutch? Its far easier than a car clutch.
Even if you dont want to use it, there is a way to change gear without using clutch, very easy.
The only automatic bikes are scooters.
Washing a car should be an artform, not a chore.

I own a ThunderBird Twin-spark, Mar 09 model, And have to tell you it's an amazing machine, as for performance, out of the 3, the Thunderbird is definitely the fastest. The cons are limited, and same for all of your choices. These are:
1) Maintenance - Its an RE, so be ready for some trips to the service center, but i must say, once you iron out all the little problems, you'll have a bullet proof ride for ever.
2) The Thunderbird had its share of problems like ill-fitting sprag-clutch, an unusually high amp battery, and inconsistent chroming on the gear & engine. ALL these have been rectified in post Nov 09 Models, and my bike had the new sprag-clutch put in free under warranty. not having owned the others i cant give you specific details, but the Electra Twin-spark is relatively new, so i would expect some similar problems from that as well.
3) Oil - Leak- while the UCE engine negates most of the oil leak, the factory packing between gear covers and engine block is a thin acrylic type sealant that was not satisfactory. I had rubber packing installed @RE service for some 60 bucks and never saw a drop of oil after that.
4) The THUMP MISSING?!?- No, its there, BeLieve me, but not with the stock silencer/muffler. Rs450 for a clean through silencer, and saw hullo to the THUMP! Also performance by at least 5%, i thought more like 10% for my bike.
The PROS are not really a debatable topic, its an enigma, and ridding a RE is like nothing else ever. A RE is not like other bikes, it's not as hassle free, or easy to ride like say a Pulsar, but it's something else. In Rain, Mud, Gravel, Accidents, and Collisions it will save your life. I T-boned a scooter in september at about 80kph, and walked away with just a scratched elbow. It's just safer, and more mature bike.
And as for the women, well...... better be prepared for endless rides.
