If no changes, both sedan & hatchback will be available later.

Great. More options for the people. Mazda will be back!! Sedan will have more demand because of more practical daily use.

Hi cygnus,
The boot is important just like Gen2 without tail, less buyers but when Persona its sedan version launched, many buyers. Remember the boot when you need to fetch friends and relatives at airport. Where do we put the luggage if go there in hatchback? The sedan Mazda 2 looks great to me, futuristic and has effort placed on it. Not just bland empty shell.

SX4 sedan looks weird because of its height and the A-pillar design spoilt the car. SX4 crossover looks fine.

Dear Jayraptor,

I dun really need the boot as my car boot is empty most of the time.

I just can't resist the handling and nice design of the hatch2 with full skirting. MT summore.

I almost wanted to dump my 3 for the 2. Didn't do it because of $ issue. Hehe..

Very good smile_thumbup.gif Go Mazda! Zoom Zoom... Just bring in spare parts in bulk for standby and people will convince to go for affordable Mazda 2. No great B-segment cars around these days, badly need at least 1 that has the passion, look and quality.

Honda City - underpowered, bad headroom
Latio - too high like tortoise
Sentra 1.6SG - no ABS, its replacement Sylphy is already here
Vios Dugong - dash meter at centre, rear headroom low, look like dugong

Mazda 2 spare parts a plenty, peope will buy with no worry.
