In respect to our Muslims friends and also to HC Muslims customers, they should do that.
It's their mistake from the start of not verifying the source of raw materials that made the brush and thus, it is only logical that they should do something about it.
They are lucky that most of the people in here , are understanding and not creating such a big issue about it.
However, it doesn't mean they could keep quiet about it either.
It is best for them to be more pro-active in their after sales service.

Don't know whether can go to tribunal or not, to claim back the money, but that is provided importer refuse to entertain first.
Maybe no need to take such drastic measures.......
In that case, first, if want to, should go to the importer or distributor with the complaint.
If fail, then to consumer association.
Last resort Tribunal.......
