summore those dampen mtl is heavy...put 2 layers will cause door hinges to sway...the main prob is sound intrusion from the tires... i think better to invest in quiet tires like the dB

if you spend a lot of money just to reduce the waja NVH, it wont help.
leave it, just listen the "sound of nature"

yup... may be break the clip... modern vehicle use a lot of clips... once break, then everything longgar alr...
u try to compare with datsun 120Y, where got clip 1, all using bolt and nuts.
