woah... VTi?

my recent best FC in 100% City driving was 52L/ 510km Caltex 95
best outstation was 55l/600km also caltex 95

with careful driving my mileage can reach 500km per full tank...
with itchy legs, about 450.... sad.gif

Initially when i just got the lion.....the FC was bad..coz cannto stopped tekan..!!!
that time...about per tank max.....480-500km..!! (RON97)...thats about 9-10 km/L
after one month..i sent for the first service...and i changed to RON95....
then, i got the FC about .....530-550 KM per tank....that's about 10-11 km/L
after using RON 95 for a while ( I pump either esso/mobil 95 or caltex 95), i noticed my car wasnt that smooth..
and a bit lagging....

so, i decided to change back to RON 97 (Caltex 97)
so far...2 tank already....
wow...my FC......reached about 590 for 1st tank...(that 's about 11-12 km/L)
and.....2nd tank not finish yet....but with half tank...already reached 350 km...
so...hopefully...it might be better FC....

i travel lots of highway (80-90%).....and maintain my speed at around 110km.....exceed 110km/hr..my steering will start shaking.....until 120km/hr...
so, i try to avoid this range of speed until i settle the problem.!!

so, with RON 97....i have better FC and smooth...although is 25 cents more expensive per litre..
but i think....it ends up almost the same cost !!

this car has good FC in highways but in traffic jams... it's a nightmare!
strange thing is... your car shouldn't even shake at 180kmh! you better check out the problem man...
i have no problem using caltex 95 though... but shell 95 gives very obvious and bad pick ups...

You guys should try BHP ... i on 2nd tank now and the gain is obvious ... It was more thrifty then when i'm using RON95 ...

agreed with Behcw... there steering shouldn't shake as well...
but i occasionally get the jerks at low speed too due to gear change... wonder if that's normal...

hmm... perhaps i should try BHP now...
