My Camry 2.0 is out of warranty now. So 4 my next service, I will need to pay the labour charges. Can i know how much I am expected to pay? Quotes from both the Puchong & Subang centres will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hmm, i have been going 2 Wing Hin Toyota SC in balakong since day one, the 1st 2 services were good.

However, when i went 4 my 3rd service last week, they moved to their new SC jsut behind. Very impressive facility i must say.

I'm not sure if it is due to lack of staff due to the move but i was very unhappy with the following:

1.My tele-appointment was not keyed into the system upon arrival
2.Service advisor not attending to me commented that 'cannot layan me only', 'not enuff staff' WTF!!!!
3.I paid RM80+ for engine oil but this time they did not return the 1L they usually do
4.My RM9 car wash looked like it was not washed. Had to shout at them before they re-washed it.
5.Did not even chop my svc booklet after 2nd service.

No apologies were made. I'm very unhappy. It's service like this which kills a brand.

That being said, i'm happy with my car. Not the SC. This is my 2nd toyota in the 4 cars i've owned.
The 1st was a 18yr old hand me down which was great. No issues whatsoever. I expect the same from my Vios which is serviced by Toyota SC.

Anyone got their CR managers email add? I wanna complain.

Thanks.

i did hear Wing Hin do face some difficulties after moving to a new place. The staff are still in adjusting period and adapting to the new scenario, which is the biggest in Malaysia and 2nd biggest SC in Asia. All steps has been taken to ensure customer service are not sacrificed.

You can voice out your complaint by calling 1-800-8TOYOTA. or visit their website at www.toyota.com.my for further info.

UMWT also sends customer survey feedback form on random which you may also get. They will surely listen and improve. UMWT badly wants to retain their No.1 position in JD Power survey they won in 2008.

Hello,
I just did my 10K service and the labor charge is not as what you stated.
I paid RM 91.20 + 5 % = RM95,76 vs your RM75.
Are you a UWMT sales or service person?
Rgds.

Hi alldisc,

Can I just go to UMW SC to change the brake pads on my 80,000km?
How much does it cost to change the brake pads for a 2005 Camry 2.0E?
