Now waja4646 transform to Chery4646......test drive at Seremban Dealer last
week ....thumbs up ...smooth mitsu engine ......time to bolt on again.....

4G64 is Same engine with Pajero V31 series.

Is an old engine design since 1997.

forget about the power.

One thing for sure.....RELIABLE & DURABLE ENGINE......in Pajero

Test drove this car at Puchong with 7 adults on board and the interior
width is quite similar to Innova size. The power is sufficient but the
engine is a bit rough(maybe new).

Listed herewith my general view”

Good

1) Now selling at 79K for premium spec (ABS & EDB)for the first 1000
units.
2) Value for money
3) Interior very spacious.
4) Dashboard material is acceptable.
5) 2.4 litre engine is enough to take 7 adults. I wonder the 1.6
liter Proton MPV can take the load of 7 person if the size is similar to
this MPV?
6) Bigger than Toyota wish and Livina and the 3rd roll seat better
than Livina.
7) All doors and steel panel look solid, this is why the car come
with 1500kg weight.
8) Old mitsubishi engine thus will be reliable workhorse. I recalled
our previous WIRA using the old mit engine and proven to be reliable as
well.

Bad.

1) Poor fabric for seat. Worst than the perodua viva.
2) Fuel consumption – unknown.
3) Poor aircon ventilation for 2nd roll seat. – they only provide an
air con vent located on the 2nd roll seat floor(under the front seat). You
expected the dust will go into the aircon vent.

I should say that this MPV is value for money and to those intend to buy
city, vios, avanza, latio, livina with the budget of RM 75K to RM 90K, you
should try out this car to convince yourself before your purchase.

bought oledi ......yehhaaa ...got mystic black .....received on 3 OCT 2008
.......drove to Putrajaya with 5 adults , 2 kids and 1 baby
.....smooth...mitsu engine quite responsive .....used tiptronic once in a
while......

thinking of downgrade to 4G63 T ( airtrek or evo 7 !!!! )

Just wondering the gearbox was Mitsubishi or Cherry developed. It got a bit
small weakness, 2.4L vehicle cost a lot in roadtax and insurance...

Mitsu engine and gearbox meh.....if you want better performance and low
road tax.....downgrade to 4G63 T or non turbo ....meh .....power but pay
less roadtax....2.4L now RM 530 a year ( after RM 200 deduction by our
Govt )

my bukit aman friend got 450KM with RM 100 fuel .....go back to
Kelantan ........

who else buy this MPV ....we have to form a club ...or at least a
community .....
