MY black T5 very very hot when parked under sun. Obvious solution is tinting.
Anyone has any suggestion?
been hearing ppl talk about V-kool. Any comments? what is the price for a T5?
also, good place in Penang island (skill workmanship + good customer service and
also pricing?)

Hi discusman,

V-kool is very good, my T5 come with the tinting but some part are not
very good, I have ask the price between RM 1800 to RM 2200 for the whole
car. More expensive because of the larger screen area. Price qouted is in
KL, in Penang don't know. Maybe the rest can help.

Penang price is nearly the same as in KL. I think it's controlled pricing
and only a few dealers are appointed. In Penang, go to Sungai Pinang road
somewhere opposite HONDA showroom. CheeYam is correct, V-kool very cool.

The workmanship there is quite good, air-cond room somemore and there's
always cars there going in/out throughout the day. Mine has V-Kool on the
sides only, front & back is INFRATECH.

Hi,

The previous owner told me the whole car is tinted with v-kool except the
front wind screen.(don't know what brand but is hot) For the front screen
only, it cost RM 400 plus.

Cy- thanks for the info...i can almost work out cost if front screen is already 400;
plus back screen and the huge side screens, should be about 2k.

Glock- how come you did not do whole V-kool? this is done by you or previous
owner? and what is difference Infratech with V-kool? cheaper?

V-Kool for the T5 front windscreen is RM530/= by tint-shop. Standard price.

The front windscreen has been changed, so the tint also hilang. I go for
Infratech to support my friend who has a accessory shop. V-kool like I
mentioned is monopolied by one or two shops in Penang. Price nearly the
same and it seems that the technology of Infratech is quite comparable.
