When to my mechanic workshop last Saturday and reset it back, so far no
issue. From the reader, it is the O2 sensor. Hopefully no more problem.

Glock/Cheeyam,

SO how is your T5 behave lately?. Is it being running on the road or
still doing aerobik in the garage to get back the macho look?.

Klate,
Everything now is A OK. Got the ABS fixed myself and it's working. Next
step will be to change the shocks to a softer type even though I have to
sacrifice the handling abit as I want a soft ride. After going back to the
WAJA and SUNNY, it seems odd that such car like this feels so bumpy -
sigh...BUT nothing beats it cornering prowness...he, he.

Klate,

I have been driving the car everyday to work, so far no major issue except
that the O2 sensor sign came out again last week and I wen to the workshop
to rectify it. Change 2 small rubber hose connector that is harden,
hopefully no probelm.

Glock,

the ride is hard compared to Waja, please keep us update on the softer
spring, maybe can test drive your after you have change it.Big Smile

you might want to up the tyre pressure to front 260kpa and rear 250kpa and
see if it makes any difference to you.

I know my 850t5 gets kind of bumpy when the pressures are low, like when
they drop below 250/240kpa

I currently have the pressure high at 270/260 and it does wonders to the
handling.

the high pressures also help reduce fuel consumption too.Smile

this what happened to my volvo today. wifey and kids went to ikea today
(me-outstation) and on entering parking area 3 lights came on. that is
fan, water and battery. she called aam.

the fan was not functioning initially but aam guy managed to get it work
again and also checked the rest to make sure its driveable. since the prob
cant be diagnos, the aam guy escort wifey all the way from ikea to banting
and they also call plus ronda to follow along the highway.ThumbUpto aam. i
have been thinking that aam cant do much with this type of car, but
actually they can!

Nowadays many breakdown service groups have popped up and AAM must perform
more to continue to capture the market. So every bit counts. For me, since
my insurance company has on-call services, I didn't pay the AAM.

For the three lights, the battery sign means 'No Charging',
the water sign means either your 'Coolant' or 'Windscreen Water' is low
and the fan sign means 'Radiator Fan' not working ? I don't think I have
this.

Razor, what are you driving ?

i dont want to create new thread for 850T5, so just tumpang here lah.
mine is 850T5.

when i got back home, the lights on after engine start are actually 1-low
washer fluid level,2-low level fuel level,3-bulb failure warning
light,4-battery charge failure,5-brake circuit failure, 6-low coolant
level,7-lamda.a lot!

could it be just a simple reason(hopefully!!)?? like sluggish
belt/alternator failure. coz prior to that i heard cricket sound around
alternator.

RazoR,
Seems like there's some loose connection somewhere on the meter cluster or
the cluster is problematic. However, before you start changing it, try to
swap your ECU with a T5 friend to be absolutely sure that it's not the ECU
problem because changing the ECU is much easier. One thing that comes to
mind is that : Did you fly over a speed bump or went into any potholes ?
This could dislodged some connectors or break some connector pins on the
dashboard.

With the Christmas tree all lighted up, can you still drive or rather do
you still dare to drive ? I don't think a loose belt could cause this but
you can actually open up the bonnet to see that the serpentine belt is
still 'rough' on one side of the belt. What your mechanic or FA/SM said
about this ?
