gkltsp, what happened to your steering rack? If the damage was related to
the accident, it should have been replaced as well, isn't it?

Sorry lar Goh..my rack also leak according to the machanic who took it out
for me. So I have to use the 940 halfcut one now.
As for the ignition Power stage, is always good to keep one in car jsut in
case becuase you will never know when it will kong...the USA one is new
one which is the alternative one for the original Bosch which should cost
about RM250/pc

u know la,... the story,.. they think its wear and tear,.. well i agree
halfway but personally i think the shock from the accident could have
damaged it further,..
guess what?..they even put in the wrong wing mirror for me .. mine now
does not have the blind-spot curve ... and they say will call me when
they have ,.. i mean .. they are supposed to be specialists and they
never even bothered to tell me ... until i noticed it when i collect my
car ....
so now u all know la .... will wait and see how long they take to find
it .. or if they will ever find it
okay .. how is the power stage from USA ? is it good ?.. is there a
difference in part number for turbo and non turbo? ... i need a turbo
intake hose from AMM to turbo inlet .. if anyone has a spare ,. please
let me know or call me ...cheers

SA6,
I'm interested in keeping spare power stage..you said that ori Bosch is
about RM250/pc, where Vol940 earlier said ori around RM600++ ..any diff
on these 2? Me prefer cheaper one, of course..

VOL9833,
The ori one with part number : 0 227 100 145, in USA sold at US$170 (RM
680 - FOB). Last time when got quotation from NSS was around RM600.
Second hand at hakitrade Subang varies between RM80 to RM 100, depending
on the person (tauke or young lady). Got 2 spares second hand power stage
in my V940.
If any brand new from Bosch with RM250/pc, it is normal. Got similar case
for O2 Sensor. ORI O2S Volvo (which is made by Bosch) is US$ 170. Similar
Bosch O2S for WIRA 1.5 is only RM170. The figure is the same but with
different currency.
