Hi Guys,

I bought a NEW S 60 T5 3 months ago. My friend bought a new S 40 1 month
ago. Both of us have had problems with our cars. We know nothing is made
perfect and somtimes its ur luck if you happen to get a faulty one. Both
of us bought our cars from FA.

I have taken this matter with Mr. Ulf of Volvo Malaysia who agrees with
me that the parts faulty must be replaced.

I request all NEW OWNERS OF VOLVO to list their Model, Milage, dealer and
problmes with their new cars so that we can monitor the quality and help
new buyer.

I will list mine once they settle my problem and keep u all posted.

Best Regards

director customer service is effective in adressing problems which would
otherwise at times be in danger of being categorised as "its like that"
or "cant find anything wrong" diagnosis. been having problem with my
front suspension - as if the springs are not properly seated. solved but
after 10k km, the gremlin resurfaced. *shake head*
