at FA. (Except for hefty price to pay for some parts)
Before I got my car...I brought the S40 to 223 for evaluation and
checkup...service was outstanding.
I've also been to FA near Mid Valley....service was very pleasant as
well. Got a Pepsi 6 pack and coffee while waiting.
SM was also very pleasant....coffee, finger food/snacks and very helpful
service attendant.
One thing unsure is the quality of service. So far there is no major
repairs that I have asked for. And I do not have experience of the other
FA branches, so I will reserve my comments.

If you have read my various posts under different topics, you will know
the grief that my wife and I have been thru` on the 3 occassions we have
had to send our S60 into FA for repairs. SM - no comment as we haven`t had
the chance to try them out yet. But hopefully, if they are better than FA,
then we`ll give FA a wide berth from now onward.

car will be ready at a particular day and time and when I turn up it was
not ready. They could have called me to inform me so I do not waste my
time. Secondly when I received my car, I found that one of the covers
over the headlamps ( the plastic clip ons ?) was not fixed on and was
left lying the engine compartment. Luckily I was curious and open the
bonnet after I arrive home.I think that was pretty shabby and careless. I
am not writing them off yet but it does compells me to check out SM on
the next service and see how they fair.

the bend. Somewhat like rubbing salt into the wound. The FA's that I am
talking about are Jln 222 andKalng Lama branches. I am sure some of their
managers and personnel do surf this forum but in their usual don't care
attitude, they cannot be bothered to get involved.

about their services besides their cosy waiting lounge and a courteous tea
lady.
Any comments on the FA near Mid Valley? I thought of sending my car there
for some repairs.
