Abe,
Documentation took quite some time la, final stage before they allow me
to bring back the GLT...(have been one month wait oredi - setback of
buying co's car)
hmmm..when to throw the GL and add the 5 behind the Tango? lemme see,
have to wait when marlin, or other T5 pilot upgrade to V70R and when you
take my GLT lar...hehehe
anyway, a bit exited to get behind the wheel...wanna get the feel of
flying (but for only 170hp aje la ..sob..sobCrying)

Anyway all, tot of sharing this with ya'll. Met my former colleague whom
I knew is "kaki lari" last time (we used to do below 60mins from Jln duta
to Ipoh selatan tolls in his Integra) has recently got a black T5. And
this fren said he feels a bit "takut" flying inside one - as he floored
the acc; he can feel a LOT more power waiting to push the T5. Is it this
exiting guys?
BTW he havent become a member of VOCM yet...think when he met our flyboys
plus some mandi bunga session, he wont be takut anymoreBig Smile

Woooo buddy... since when VOCM T5 drivers get the 'flyboys' title. Uncle
Cap48 may want to add in here.
You must have got them wrong. The ride may be powerful but they are
normally discipline drivers.

T5 is a nice family car, until you unleashed the beast and it may turn
into something else. Interesting huh.

Cheers.

hehehe...sorry all Shy, dont get me wrong aa, am refering "flyboy"
to "pilot" actually.
Yup indeed I agree 100%; our flyboys ops...I mean T5 pilots are very
disciplines drivers. Hardly seen (infact have neva seen) any T5 (even
w/out bricks.my stickers) "cilok" here and there while cruising.
hehehe, sometime am soo exited abt T5 that got carried away a bit Smile

I say man!! All this "flyboy" & etc titles not good for Volvo
drivers/owners lah! Those not in the know & reading all this will surely
think that Volvo drivers (esp T5 drivers/owners) are all jahat wan. This
kind of reputation is NOT what we want lah.Tongue

he he he

...flyboys...

ahem... Blush

Marlin, the Samco hoses are holding up good and it looks good too. want
some? we need to documet all this DIY replacment down lah. It is not
difficult but you need to be wonderfully dexterous in the small area in
front of the turbo unit.

I made video of the replacment but because of poor "video production
script" i forgot to take down the length of each hose that i cut. so, now
it has become 1 long hose, 2 medium length hose, and 1 short hose....hehehehe
