Dear all,

I had a bad day yesterday as I was alerted by neighbour that my car was
missing from my front gate! A few mentioned that they briefly heard the
car alarm went off and then the car was driven away in seconds! The time
was about 6:00am.

I am staying in USJ6. The car was just purchased 2nd hand and driven
barely for a week. The car was just 1yr old (07/2005) and in good
conditions.

The whole day I was busy making police reports (at USJ8 and SS17/Subang
Jaya).

bought 1 week from the car dealer then got stolen..?....i smell something
fishy here....mayb the car dealer already duplicate the keys...n just
drove off like that...sell it off once taking out every valuable
parts....will they?

Barely one week and I have had yet the time to do much! I am now waiting
for the insurance surveyor's letter to obtain the police investigation
report. Sigh.... [:-(]

The police has found my car!

According to the report, they found it in SS13 (Bdr Sunway) on 29/9. I
got thr release of the car yesterday. Car stereo with speakers - GONE,
power window - GONE, spare tyre - GONE, front left window - shattered,
back bench - damaged (to steal the rear speakers), back of the 2 front
seats - damaged (don't know what they are looking for?), battery - GONE,
rear spoiler - GONE, car plates - PEELED OFF, door visors - PEELED OFF.

Just sent to workshop to check if any other damages found. But the body
of the car is still good.

Well, at least the car is found!

Ah Meng,

Glad to hear that but the lost and damage, will your insurance company
pay for it as your car found?
