Im just wondering if the government have a system that detects the chassis
number of a stolen vehicle? How do these thieves sell them back?

In the case of my friend's Waja, I reckon three possibilities
1) The car is dismantled for parts
2) The car is in a container on its way to Batam (stolen in JB)
3) The car is being used for some other crime. (The only hope she has of
salvaging the car)
I was told that government regulations now require that a car's chassis
number is stamped on the windscreens.

The thief will take out all your car accessories and return car body to
you. That what i experience before...
Insurans claim for 26K => accessories.
