Remember now even in Parking complexes there is a sign stating "Park at owners risk and they are not responsible for any theft or damage".....even though you pay parking fees.......

I know one shopping complex in JB got individual parking space for small vehicle. And I know one apartment in JB provide spacious individual underground parking up to one vehicle for every tenant.
