hi guys,
just bought a new jazz..but the cobra alarm comes with it, theres no shock
sensor (window) .. just a normal alarm.
So do i need to change to a better ones or add ons alarm features?
My budget is around 1500-2k . Any recommedation what should i do?
Any ideas from fellow Sifus? Thanks!

phalanxx,
Question is, do you want to retain the Cobra and expand its capability OR
you looking for replacement ?

i think i opted for expanding its capabilities...
i just seen the captor alarm website (http://www.netstar.com.my/), seems
very impressive. any pros and cons?
and also LockTech or DiskLok
lets say i installed a captor and a steering lock (u know la, just to let
the thief feel mafan and sien) .. :)
any better recommendations?

Goto netstar. Read the stuffs there, I think you can gauge its pros/cons.
1 thing I don't fancy is the fees to pay.
Mechanical lock are fine, but it also a hazard to yourself/driver if in a
rush to drive away (being pursue for example). Neither they are THAT
effective, IMHO.
Your budget allows you to explore about anti-hijack system like Cheetah or
Clifford BlackJax. Search around the forum, all else fail, feel free to

Excuse me, that's a different item all together.
Clifford G5 has a beginning range from Arrow5 onwards, and that itself do
not cost 2K. Neither their standalone BlackJax4 anti hijack immobilizer
system, that either not 2K.
