This is the first time i'm posted a message.
I'll will be a bit out of topis here b'cos i will talk about bike but for
me it is important even for a car driver.
Today i'm so frustuated. the story begin last year when i sell my bike to
my friends, a good one where we are staying in one room in U. The bike is
Daelim Daystar, where i just use it for 6month before sell it to my
friends due to i'm upgrading to car.
Because of trust, and to save cost of transfering finance, i just let go
the bike with out black and white.
Now the problem arising after 8 month, i just receive a call from the bike
shop saying that i've overdue the payment for 8 month.....
Quickly call my friends and meet him. He said the bike were use by his
staff as a company bike and he already gave his staff money for the
monthly installment.
we try to reach his staff but we didnt manage to get him.
And today, after 2 days still no news from my friends, a good friends as
he just like ignoring me.
The total amount that i need to pay is RM2000++ interest.. bla..bla..
i know, what u all thinking right now, I'm so stupid. but this what happen
when you trust another people......
Can anyone out there give an apinion to me as i really become headache
right now....
what i can think right now is to make a police report.....
but what's the point, theres no black and white furthermore the bike dont
even have an Insurance!!!!
