Sorry to hear about your unhappy encounter!
Advice for everyone !
Never go to "BIG" shop for complicated electronics installs!
Find a reliable "expert" and stay with him.
You'll be very glad in the long run!
Good luck

Immobilizer and alarm is 2 different type of device, of coz both ultimate
aim is to secure the car, but 2 different way,
Alarm secure a car while its on stationary only. Constantly monitor the
car for any sort of intrusion via its auxilliary devices.
Immob instead, immobilize a stationary car, but SOME immob constantly
monitor for any car hijack before it shutdown the car. But it doesn't have
the door lock/unlock function.
Hope this help.

if anything happen to our car engine like can not start, will the SC
people refuse service our car and claim our car out of warranty?

Perhaps you can ask your SC whether they allow you to install or not. For
what I know, Nissan-SC so far OK with my car.

Very professional work...if you opt..just tell them what you want and they
will do it for you...will not cost a bundle like those accs shops. After
Sales?...so far..no problem...they even have spares for old alarm models
that they produce.

Accord. Captor should be OK as is recommend by the Honda salesman. But
not sure about the Cheetah.
