Perhaps can search in another 4x4 forum for your parts since no response from here.

Dear sifus,

I am going to sent my car for 10k km service this weekend. The scheduled maintenance provide by dealer is to change diesel fuel filter only at 60k km. Knowing that our diesel is not clean enough, should I ask them to replace the fuel filter? Can the SC have check if the filter is still in good condition?

Thank you

yes have them check it first, if it needs replacement, have it replaced. they're usually cheap.
