Dear all,
My friends now in UK (London) planning to purchase laser type speedtrap
camera.
I have few inputs from other friends.
Some of them talking about different laser beam frequencies cannot detect.
Anybody knows about malaysian speedtrap detector. what type? and what is
the specification.
Pls assist me on this matter.

thought illegal? in the past I was caught by the unmarked bmw police
patrol (1992 - 1993) when I was using the analog type. Even since that
detector was in cold storage.

You are right....
It is banned.
My problems is when driving at federal road, sometimes I was caught
speeding at the speed of 95kmh at the area of 70kmh.
Long distance travel is very diff to go up and down the speed. Normally I
keep at 90 to 100kmh. BTW it is my problem.......
Do you have any info about the camera type police use?
Laser or radar type?
Any effective range?
If the laser type, is the freq is one of the spec?
