I am using a Bridgestone Turanza now. Not 100% satisfy but still ok and
need to change for a new set shortly.
Get to know that the Potenza GIII is quite good. Is it the replacement
for Turanza, or is it a grade higher than Turanza.
What is the price? I am looking at 205/60/15 or 195/60/15.

Just to add on my posting above - I am driving an Altis 1.8G. Can any
Altis forummers tell me what brand you are using and, what how is the
performance? What brand do you think is good?

Potenza vs Turanza? Talking about apples vs oranges .
Potenza is the Bridgestone's sportier offering la, emphasizing grip..
Turanza is a different kettle of fish with emphasis on comfort.

Like ZZRPilot explain, in layman terms means
Potenza is for Performance &
Turanza is for Touring

tanauto,
How do find the Turanza, quiet and comfy?
Potenza is all about grip but definitely will be noisier than Turanza ER
series.

Senna,
I rate Turanza 7.5 out of 10. Gripping and noise insulation perform
beyond average, but I just hope I can get something better.
However, since others mentioned Potenza will be noisier, I think Turanza
suite my taste more.

I changed to Michelin MXV8 for my Altis 1.8, coudn't stand the noise from
the OEM NCT5s which I used for 16K km in about 2 yrs. The Michelins were
much quieter, softer and had better grip as well in both wet and dry.
