hey cicak,
1) don't have tire wearing out problems but you can have visual inspection
to confirm..(don't know how to see lar..hehe).. the front left tyres
always pulling the steering to the left no matter how many countless
aligments i've sent, the problem still persisting...
2) i had similar rattling noise coming out from both lower side of the
vehicle, sent to Nissan SC and found both the side step bolts are loosen,
I ask them to tighten whatever bolts they can find undercarriage...no more
rattling now...

hey lumi, now can you tell it's the front left tyre is pulling the
steering to the left?
i think frontier got a manufacture problem with it's alignment machine. 9
out of 10 will experience this "pulling" effect.
But cicak's frontier is more than alignment problem. Have you mod your
suspension? Try sending it to TC for alignment instead of ah kow shop.

I had the same experience when I replaced the stock tires with a wider one! The wheel balance wasn't the same eversince that I need to adjuct the camber alignment of my truck.
