Our taiko is back...... this Saturday/Next Saturday is fine, public
holiday mah. Meet in the evening or night? You know there's a Starbucks at
Pusat Bandar Damansara, it's quiet there at night with ample parking space
in front of the shop for all our 4wd. what do you all think?

My 4x4 advisor works in a 4x4 shop lah... very experience in all these
ofroad. He has a souped up Isuzu Trooper with the works. I have invited
him to join us but he works full day on Saturdays, so if he should come it
will probably in the evening.

StarBucks 1st this saturday or something to that tune. And work on from
there rather than just gung ho and go offroading in the blind without
know who is who and what is what. Btw which StarBucks u guys suggest? As
long as there's ample kerbs for us to park.
Just my 2 cents......
Dont get me wrong i know bugger all about off roading hence i like to
take the opportunity to better expose our knowledge on offroading. Plus i
still prominently stick the P sticker on my windscreen to signify that
there's a down right pathetic drive behind the wheel.
Personally i think if u want a light core off roader a Daihatsu Feroza is
a good car to start with but dont expect to build it up into a monster
rig for the simple reason is that it runs indepedant front suspension up
front plus there's not much aftermarket parts for it and u cant get an
lsd for it.
Well at everyone's insistent this is my 4wd which will get easily trashed
by a Kembara with or without a center diff lock engaged. Coz i'm short of
1 wheel and rim currently. Argh anyone have a spare 15x7J 5 lug rims
lying around?
