It could just be the dust as they accumulated. If the pad is okay nothing
to worry. I'm sure a litle squeak will not bother you. Let me know if
you found a good and reliable mechanic in PJ.

His workshop now is in Wangsa Maju somewhere (I have not been able to
locate the place - maybe have not try hard enuf). Anyway, his hp is 012
377 5079 (he is very helpful). BTW, where is this Najib guy? Maybe I can
send my Jeep to him as I'm in PJ now. Servicing is due now (overdue
actually). I was told that we can use Volvo oil filter as replacement.
Is this advisable? Someone can comment on this?
Since Jeep owners are getting smaller now, lets keep in touch and continue
using the Jeep. Under the right maintenance I believe Jeep can last.

Thanks for the info. Do you know about the Volvo oil filter? I was told
that we can use that as a replacement for the Jeep oil filter. Have you
try that? Where do you get your replacement parts? Last time I got them
from Auto Asli, Jalan Kelang Lama. Try to source from US but was told
that that our Jeep are Europe spec. (that was when I need to replace the

Najib. How much does volvo oil filter cost? Najib charge Mopar oil
filter for RM40 and air filter RM48, still bearable.
Najib will be able to provide part no. for part sourcing. That helps as
the part no. is common across all regions. Am also trying to source
parts from overseas, particular from China as it is cheap there. Have a
cousin to help me in this and will inform you of any progress.
