Hi lainam,
I am selecting the model without the sunroof. I shall cut a circular hole
in the rear windscreen and another in the adjacent glass of the canopy and
form a duct with perspex. Then insert an exhaust fan and viola, cool air
is ducted to the bed. Hehehe.
Alternatively install a portable air-cond since I would have power from a
second battery and using an inverter... Dreaming does not cost anything.
BTW, the 2nd Asia Overland Family Expedition to Cambodia is from May 28 to
June 10. Unfortunately I already have plans fixed for that period so I
will have to wait for the 3rd expedition.

jaylee,
you will need to clean the back of the rear windscreen and the rear glass
of the canopy from time to time, otherwise you may not be able to see
through them over time. You can fix a 2nd air-con blower in the canopy.
I joined the 1st expedition to Cambodia with them and I personally think
it is worth going. My wife wants to go a 2nd time. I would rather go to
Chiangmai/Chiangrai and maybe Myammar border.

Hi lainam,
You are not kidding about a second blower for the canopy - are you? It is
a viable solution though but not under consideration.
If you plan to go in late June or early July, I would love to go to
Chiangmai/Chiangrai with you. Talk to your wife.
