One silly question..

What is the relation between fan thickness & cooling level ???

hows the a/cond performance at nite?
if its cold at nite (cold nite lar, not current hot nite) then maybe your current
fan is not good enough (for same rpm, similar diameter fan with thicker blade
should give more airflow).

good news is chop shop fan is only abt 50rm, add a 10rm relay n u should be
ok

only problem u might encounter is space

haiyaaaaa

itu layman term lar, if u want to go into detail then u need to consider
blade area, blade angle, blade design, blade rpm, inlet design, exhaust
design, etc, etc.

basically if the a/cond is cold when ambience is cold then it means your
cooling fan performance is insufficient and u need a higher performance
fan, its totally up to u what kind of fan u want, thinner or smaller or
whatever as long as it can provide a significantly more airflow.

I tot thicknees is only to prevent the fan from folded or break...and no
relation at all from air con performance. All other things that u said
make sense lor........

for me the thinner the better it is as less as long as the thickness can
stand maximum speed....less heat produce lor....less power need to spin
it.... just my 2 cent tot ....

anyway don't angry ahh... i have no knowledge at all on this.... just
simply my tot....

Just difficult to believe thing that sound so ......

he he..

Wink

again, ini semua broken english lar, thick as in bigger cross section as
in if u look at it from the side the whole thing would be thicker, not the
fan blades it self lar.

for example,
ceiling fan is thin
table fan is thick

the blades itself for both of the above fan is the same
