Hi dchia,

Myself and Yeong did it in Penang at the same shop. Yeong paid RM40 and I
paid RM55 for it. Difference is yeong's one is only for brake light
whereas mine also include normal light.

thanks tachong..

I am just wondering can toyota SC do it or not, and is that
consider "modification" which will cause the warranty to void??

Hi dchia,

I agree with Yeong. This modification is very minor. Even if they void the
warranty on the rear lights but what can go wrong with the rear lights
except that the bulbs blow? They are very cheap!

I don't think the SC will do it for you. Imagine for RM40, they have to
dismantle the 2 rear lights and the modification took about an hour or so
to do. They have much better way to earn 40 bucks!
