Any comments? I think this new civic too futuristic. A bit can't accept.

Front look a bit like City.

I wonder when will our New Corolla launching to direct compete with new
civic.

June '06? You sure?
Coz the current Corolla was launched in August '00. If so, it'll be like a
6-year cycle. IMHO, it'll will be launched either in Sept(Frankfurt Motor
Show) or Oct(Tokyo Motor Show). Hopefully...
Let the battle begin.

But I think the "Corolla ƒXƒpƒVƒIFC(May)" is actually refering Corolla
Spacio in Japan now and not Corolla Sedan.

There are spy shots for next Camry, Civic and Accord but not Corolla. Also
our Corolla is Corolla Altis which is diff from the one in Japan, so I
don't think that will be the Altis replacement.

I have looked at the table and I understand it differently. The first row
refers to all models under Toyota. Under the March colume, the two models
listed there were the Harrier and the Kluger. I presume there will be
minor facelift for those two models in March 2006. As for the Camry, it
is listed under the July colume (as the last model). Indicating that the
new Camry will be launched in July 2006.

I did not use the translation as I do read Hiragana and Katakana. The
Camry is always translated in Japanese as KAMULI (with "u" silent in
Katakana; and Japanese has no "R" sound).

I did not seem able to find any mention of the Corolla tho. My oversight
perhaps.

Anyway, thanks for the links as there are other info on other facelifts
or new models too by all makers.

until everyone launches. You have to be careful when you are building the
world's most popular sedan!
