DECIDED TO POST A NEW THREAD FOR THE PD TRIP TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU
GUYS TO SEE AND RESPOND.


Itinerary PD (Proposed November 26 – 27 2005)

Day 1

1000 hrs
- Arrive at agreed location
- Registration of attendees
- Breakfast at location (Proposed at mamak with ample parking)
- Convoy Briefing before departure


1100hrs
- Depart location for PD journey take approximately 1.30 hrs

1230hrs
- Estimated arrival at PD / TIARA BEACH RESORT
- Stop for lunch at Restaurant or Lunch at Tiara Beach Resort

1400hrs
- Parking at designated areas.
- Proceed for Group Check-in based on Rooming List

1530hrs
- Proceed for activities - Either telematch or paintball or go karting

Free and Easy till Dinner to enjoy the facilities available

1930hrs

- Proceed for dinner - At Resort or at outside Restaurant
- Reflection on Trip
- Briefing for departure next day

DAY 2

0900 hrs
- Breakfast at the Coffee House
- Free and easy till checkout

1300hrs
- Checkout
- Then convoy proceed back to KL
- Break-off point will be at North South Highway to return.

Have obtained rates from Tiara Beach Resort Courtesy of Mikeuse who went
all the way there to get a quote from them and to check out the place for
us. Thanks man.

Rate as follows :- BASED ON 15 Rooms guarantee

Studio 01 Room Apartment : RM 180 NETT per room per night
Family Suite
(02 bedroom apartment) : RM 280 NETT per room per night

OPTIONAL CHARGES

Meal Charges : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Buffet)

Adult - RM 78.00 nett per adult
Child (04 - 12 yrs) - RM 56.00 nett per child

Telematch @ RM 10.00 nett per person (05 games)


Cost breakdown for individuals (without meals)

Twin Sharing (Studio) : RM 90.00 nett per person
Twin Sharing (02 Room): RM 70.00 nett per person


Notes :-

- Rooms are still available for this date, but we must confirm early.
- We can opt to have our breakfast at the hotel.
- Lunch and Dinner can be at a Seafood restaurant outside.
- As for activities, we could go to Eagle Ranch which is next door to
have
some paintball challenge at RM 45.00 (starter pack) which would be fun.
- Tiara Beach Resort would be very ideal as well if you have kids as the
pool is huge and very sunway lagoon like in some sense.

- Eagle Ranch availability - only 8 rooms at paddock hut.So not suitable
lar. December they are fully booked till end of the month.

Target 15 rooms to enjoy this rate. mikeuse will try to negotiate
further.

Guys, 80% confirm unless my company family day is to be held on the same
weekend.
From their webpage Tiara Apt looks nice. The rate of Rm180 seems to be
for weekdays. Weekends and public hols is more. Or is it Mikeuse/Sha can
get special rate?

Hi Sha116,

Can you propose where to meet at 10 a.m. on 26 Nov.
More information would be helpful for those in Northern region to make
decision and plans.

I'm trying to make arrangements on my end, can't confirm yet.

1.5 hr drive from KL to PD. Would be a 5 hr drive total for Norther folks..
